Create devices in bulk

A product is a type of device that needs to be created for a device after the product is created. You can create a single device, or you can create devices in bulk. This article tells you how to create devices in bulk.

1. Sign in to the IoT platform console.

2. Left navigation bar select universal product management, click on the view that needs to be added to the product bar, enter the product details page, click on the device list, enter the device subbar, click on the batch creation on the right 3. Bulk upload: You need to give each device you want to create by name. After selecting for bulk upload, you can download the template by clicking the download.csv template in blue font on the page.

Enter the device name in the template form and save it, and then click the upload file to upload the form that has the device name completed to the console.

Description: Uploaded files are required to meet the following requirements:

• The device name is 4-32 characters long and can contain English letters, numbers, and special characters (hyphen, underscore, sign, dot, and English colon).
• The device name in the list is not repeatable and cannot be repeated with the name of an existing device under the product.
• A file can contain up to 1,000 names.
